If case of damaged furniture upon delivery, it is a must to take note of any damages to the delivered furniture, including damage to the boxes on the shipping documentation. You must report this to StrictlyElegance.com within 5 days so we can confer with our manufacturer for possible solutions.
SHIPPING
Shipping and Set-up is free for orders over $2,500. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, islands in Massachusetts and in Rhode Islands, please contact us with shipping destination to receive available shipping methods and shipping rates.
White Glove delivery and set-up includes placement of items in the closest dry area, unboxing, and assembly of items by two delivery persons. Moving existing furniture, installing mirrors or any item onto walls, installing electrical components that may be placed in your item are not covered by the service provided by the carriers.
Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive a phone call or e-mail notification, to schedule a delivery date along with shipping details. Shipping time frame of items from Manufacturer's warehouse is approximately 7-21 days, depending on your location.
Upon completion of delivery, the customer should sign the freight bill as an indication that you accepted your entire order, in good condition. In case of defects, kindly note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 5 days so we could come up with possible solutions.
